The hotel is under new ownership and they are renovating everything. Super kind and accommodating people. Huge pool. Free breakfast included. 6 minutes to Trollhaugen. Will stay again!
a bit more old school but still a much better deal than any overpriced air bnb around this area. Manger Anthony did a 10/10 job with service. And making sure I had everything I needed truly did a great job. Shoutout Anthony for doing a great job!
New owners! They took great care of us, extremely kind, friendly, and accommodating. They’re updating the place a lot. Free continental breakfast and fun pool area, they even gave us pool noddles and balls. Sauna too. Rooms were pleasant and clean. Nice retro feel. I would stay here again. Supper club with live music next door. The price is right! Good value!
Staff was extremely helpful and friendly. The location was prime! They had a pool and even allowed my family that I was visiting to come swim free of charge. Nice restaurant right next door and they even had a sauna. Under new ownership, so they are in the middle of revamping the place, but the new owners are amazing! I will continue to come to this hotel every time I visit my son! The staff really makes your stay feel like a home away from home. Quality service at an affordable rate!
This hotel is complimented greatly by its homey atmosphere and special touches created by its onsite manager Anthony. I stayed in the honeymoon suite solely for the jacuzzi. This jacuzzi was the real deal. Many hotels boast a jacuzzi tub only to find a slightly large bathtub. Add to it the forethought from Anthony to make my stay as relaxing as possible he took extra time to put lit candles around the jacuzzi. What a nice "special touch" after travelling in a Wisconsin snow storm. Anthony has pride in this establishment and it shows in his attention to detail. Thank you Anthony for making my stay the relaxing time I was seeking.
This place is great, I stayed here for 2 weeks while visiting the local ski resort. It’s in a great location close to Walmart, fast food, and a grocery. The hotel staff is friendly. Anthony is always making sure our that we are enjoying our stay and making sure we have what we need like towels and such. The pool and the sauna are perfect for relaxing after snowboarding all day. Would recommend and will be returning next year!
I stayed in this hotel years ago and last night. Night and day they're in the process of renovating , but the customer service was beyond. My room was comfortable anything that came up, I just asked , and they accommodated me. Love this place and the people. And no I don't know them.
This is a great place to stay. It is not a 5 star hotel and we never expected it to be. The people working there are very nice, helpful, and respectful. The room we stayed in was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed. The walls were also not paper thin and we never heard any other people in the hall or other rooms. Great place to stay!
